Job Summary
The Role
We are seeking a PR & Communications Executive to support Manabies storytelling across Vietnam. You will help shape how principals parents teachers and partners understand Manabies work by producing clear compelling and timely communications. This role blends content creation media monitoring and on-the-ground storytelling from our school partners.
What Youll Do
- Draft press notes articles case studies and social content aligned with Manabies brand
- Support PR coordination for MOET/ DOET events school showcases and partner activities
- Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly summaries of key narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies which have good access to journalists education writers and relevant KOLs
- Capture stories from principals teachers parents and students to highlight program impact
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across internal teams
- Support the rollout of brand assets to public schools and center partners
What Were Looking For
- 13 years in PR communications journalism or media prior agency experience is valued
- Strong written Vietnamese; English proficiency highly preferred
- Detail-oriented and organised able to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Interest in education public-sector programs or mission-driven organisations
- Ability to distill and craft simple credible messages from field insights
