Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement annual recruitment plans aligned with business needs and manpower strategy.

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for indirect positions while providing recruitment direction and staffing solutions for direct labor teams.

  • Advise management on workforce planning to ensure timely and sufficient staffing across departments.

  • Build and maintain strong recruitment channels through partnerships with universities colleges vocational schools and employment service centers.

  • Represent the company at job fairs campus recruitment events and external hiring activities to strengthen employer branding.

  • Analyze recruitment data and employee turnover trends to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and retention outcomes.

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support recruitment-related employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Training & Employee Development

  • Prepare annual training plans for the company and individual departments based on organizational and competency needs.

  • Coordinate supervise and monitor the implementation of training programs in line with the approved schedule.

  • Conduct training needs analysis and propose appropriate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Support and execute other HR development or training-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Economics Law or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment HR operations or a similar role with hands-on responsibility.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data effectively; proficient in HR systems and Excel.

  • Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented responsible and able to manage multiple tasks independently while working well in a team environment.

  • Good command of English or Chinese.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Working time: Monday to Friday 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).

  • Competitive salary with housing allowance.

  • Full social insurance based on gross salary.

  • Annual leave: 12 days per year.
