THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic People Analytics Lead to champion our people insights function and shape data-driven talent decisions. This is a high-impact hands-on role where you will design and deliver analytics products that drive workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. You will be a key partner to HRIS IT and global business leaders transforming complex data into actionable strategies.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Lead the full lifecycle of global people analytics projects from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering scalable validated and actionable insights that guide business strategy.
  • Design build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and conduct advanced analysis (like predictive modeling and segmentation) to identify key workforce drivers risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with HRIS IT and business leaders to drive data integrity governance and integration across our core HR systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse).
  • Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts setting standards for analytical excellence and fostering a culture of data-driven inquiry.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated wide-ranging experience in a people analytics function with a track record of leading complex end-to-end analytical projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization (especially Tableau) and a deep understanding of HR data systems (such as Workday and Greenhouse).
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using tools such as SQL Python or R.
  • Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and act as a technical subject matter expert driving high standards for data quality and analytical rigor.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
