This role bridges technical records management and data analytics focusing on transforming aircraft maintenance and operational data into actionable insights that support technical commercial and compliance decisions.
Travel: Travel may be required as per business needs
Key Responsibilities:
Extract clean and structure data from flydocs and other aircraft record systems.
Develop analytics models and dashboards to track aircraft asset status maintenance history and document completeness.
Automate data validation report generation and recurring analyses using tools like Power BI Python and SQL.
Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Records CAMO Planning and IT) to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Perform statistical and trend analyses (e.g. reliability trends shop visit intervals component performance).
Support the development of standardized data models for fleet-level and aircraft-level analytics.
Contribute to documentation analytics projects (data mapping completeness and compliance insights).
Requirements
23 years of experience in Aircraft Technical Records / Technical Services / Data Analytics.
Strong understanding of aircraft documentation (AMP AD/SB task cards FSR CS etc.).
Proficiency or working knowledge of Power BI Excel (Advanced) SQL Python or other analytics tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to data structure accuracy and visualization.
Strong problem-solving data interpretation and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn new digital tools APIs and automation workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable (Good to Have):
Experience working on flydocs / AMOS / Trax / other records management platforms.
Exposure to Power Automate or VBA automation.
Understanding of aircraft asset management or maintenance forecasting.
