We are an implementation and sales partner for leading HRMS platforms such as ZOHO GreytHR Keka SHRMS Pro and more.
Job Role
We are hiring MBA candidates for our HR Tech Division where you will support end-to-end implementation of HRMS software solutions for client organisations. This is a dynamic office-based role with occasional client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing HRMS solutions (ZOHO GreytHR Keka SHRMSPro etc.)
Understand client HR processes and map them to software features
Configure modules such as payroll attendance leave onboarding performance etc.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution
Provide product training and post-implementation support
Prepare documentation reports and implementation trackers
Requirements
MBA (HR) mandatory
HR internship or prior HR-related experience is a must
Strong understanding of HR processes and HR lifecycle
Good communication analytical and client-handling skills
Interest in HR technology and software implementation
Ability to work from the Whitefield office
