- Process travel and small expenses for employees of selected companies according to internal guidelines
- Ensure correct and timely transactions of travel and small expenses for Deutsche Telekom (DT) employees
- Monitor and control travel and small expenses in compliance with country and entity-specific policies
- Provide support and guidance to employees of specific DT customers within your area of responsibility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all expense-related transactions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in expense management
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile expense reports and resolve discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in expense policies and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Provide training and support to new employees in the area of expense management
- Assist in the transfer of new activities and optimisation initiatives within the department
- Learn and utilise various tools across the DT organisation to support Global Travel Management (GTM) processing
- Prepare regular reports on expense trends and anomalies for management review
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of expense management policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding expense-related queries and issues
