Job Summary

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive for a reputed Tours & Travels Company to handle ticket bookings itinerary preparation fare calculations and customer coordination. The role requires strong knowledge of travel booking systems and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings

Manage train & bus ticket reservations

Prepare travel itineraries & fare quotations

Handle cancellations rescheduling & refunds

Coordinate with airlines vendors & customers

Maintain booking records & travel documentation

Provide customer support before & after travel

Ensure accuracy in ticketing & billing

Requirements

Air ticketing & reservation systems

GDS knowledge (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)

Fare calculation & itinerary planning

Customer service & coordination

MS Office & booking documentation

Time management & attention to detail
