Job Characteristics:
Awareness of Best Practices understands technical support needs develops technical proficiency. Responsible for providing technical consulting services that leverage companys intellectual property and assist the sales force in increasing account revenue. Provides expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.
FOR EUROPE
Provides contractual service and assists customers with problem solving support regarding the Companys products/applications/solutions. Experience and knowledge in Company products. Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance. Conduct site surveys product/application/system audits and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals. Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites
Education/Work Experience:
Degree in Engineering Chemistry or technical field. 2 years technical experience preferred.
Degree or equivalent required plus 2-3 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience preferred.
Moderate level of independence and able to manage day to day needs of an account. Normally would report to Area Manager or District Manager
