You Will:
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for diverse technical roles including Software Engineers (Big Data Machine Learning Backend Development) Research Scientists and Product Managers and many more.
- Source Strategically: Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques focusing on high-quality candidates who thrive in high-scale environments.
- Partner with Leadership: Act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to calibrate requirements and optimize the interview process.
- Optimize Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional transparent and engaging journey for every candidate reflecting RTB Houses values.
- Drive Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our recruitment process.
Desired Experience:
- 24 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment preferably within a fast-paced product company or a specialized agency.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and Polish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to distinguish between various tech stacks and seniority levels.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where quality over quantity is the guiding principle.
