We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with strong strategic capabilities hands-on execution experience and a drive to scale brand and revenue impact. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from Tier-1 institutions (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent) with 34 years of proven experience in growth or digital marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities-
- Growth Strategy: Support and develop data-backed strategies focused on lead generation demand creation and brand visibility aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google Meta LinkedIn YouTube and programmatic channels ensuring measurable ROI.
- Performance Marketing: Own and manage performance-driven channels including SEM paid social retargeting and remarketing to drive conversions and reduce CAC.
- Funnel Optimization: Build test and refine full-funnel journeys to improve lead quality nurture flows and sales alignment.
- Content & Email Marketing: Collaborate with content/design teams to create high-converting landing pages email campaigns automation workflows and lead magnets.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze performance using Google Analytics HubSpot Looker Studio and internal dashboards to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
- A/B & Experimentation: Plan and run A/B tests across landing pages ad creatives messaging and targeting to identify scalable growth levers.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs insights and optimization opportunities.
Who You are-
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 college (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
- Experience: 2 years in digital marketing or growth-focused roles within B2B/B2C environments; startup/agency experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads Meta Ads Google Analytics SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush) HubSpot/Marketo and A/B testing tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong at interpreting data optimizing funnels and deriving insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Self-Starter: Proactive accountable and comfortable working in dynamic fast-paced environments
