Role Overview
We are hiring a Trade & Forex Relationship Manager to handle acquisition and portfolio management of Trade Finance and Forex clients. The role involves working closely with business owners exporters importers and SMEs to provide trade solutions and deepen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Trade & Forex clients through direct sourcing and referrals
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Trade Finance customers
Promote Trade products such as LC BG Import/Export Finance and Forex solutions
Achieve business targets for trade volumes fee income and cross-sell
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of trade transactions
Ensure compliance with trade regulations bank policies and KYC norms
Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance wallet share
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Trade Finance / Forex / Transaction Banking
Strong understanding of Trade products and Forex operations
Good communication relationship management and client acquisition skills
