Job Description
We are seeking an Application Production Support Specialist tojoin the Cash Equities ExecutionAPS team within a leading global financial institution.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at theheart of Global Marketsproviding high-quality support and ensuring the stability of a world-class global execution platform.
In this role you will:
Support real-time low-latency systems
Collaborate closely with traders quants anddevelopers
Gain hands-on experience with modern financial marketsexchange connectivity and algorithmic/high-frequencytrading environments
You will work in a global fast-paced environmentdeveloping strong expertise in monitoring observability incident managementand production stability.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and support the cash equities execution platformensuring performance and stability
Build improve and automate monitoring systemsto prevent issues proactively
Perform and validate production deployments withaccuracy
Collaborate with traders developers andbusiness teams to drive continuous improvements
Manage incidents end-to-end includingroot-cause analysis and incident reporting

Experience in Application Production Support
Strong Unix/Linuxknowledge
Understanding of network protocols (TCPUDP)
Scripting experience: Shell Python Perl orany programming language (C C Java etc.)
Basic SQLknowledge
Experience with log management tools: Splunk ELK Graylog Loki
Experience with network monitoring tools: Corvil
Databases: Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL/MariaDB KDB/q
Messaging systems: Tibco Solace IBM MQ LBM Kafka
Observability & monitoring tools: ITRS Geneos Dynatrace PrometheusGrafana
Language Requirements
English:Expert level (mandatory)
