Job Summary

Job Overview:

The Salesforce Product Analyst will assist in the development within the Salesforce domain products IT solutions and define the vision strategy and priorities at Fortrea. The Product Analyst gathers and prioritize requirements communicates with stakeholders and make decisions regarding feature development and release planning.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business ensuring Salesforce not only excel in functionality but also in market relevance and user satisfaction. Success in this role means delivering features that are at the forefront of industry standards driving user engagement and achieving strategic business goals.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Liaise between the development team and stakeholders guiding the product development process to deliver value and meet business objectives.

Develop maintain and constantly improve Salesforce features to ensure they meet business requirements and goals.

Support the prioritization of the features and functionalities of the product backlog based on business value technical feasibility and user feedback. This involves constant reassessment and adjustment as the project progresses.

Works closely with stakeholders and Fortrea teams to gather requirements and translate them

into user stories or product backlog items. They ensure that requirements are clearly defined understood and documented.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the IT environment and data quality issues to develop appropriate product solutions.

Provide support and training to end users for new and existing products.

Monitor and document product performance user feedback and customer satisfaction metrics.

Perform all other duties as needed or assigned

Support the daily operations of the system.

A key liaison between the Salesforce team and the AMS team ensuring Incident and Service Requests are managed accordingly and delivered as expected to the business.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

Beginners and Advanced Administration Certification

In lieu of educational requirement relevant experience with or other cloud based CRM system

Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Experience in IT product development IT project management or similar roles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and design innovative product solutions.

Experience (Minimum Required):

5 years prior related experience working as a system administrator

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products especially Excel PowerPoint

Familiarity with other IT systems/business application capabilities to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points

Ability to understand internal customer needs and develop appropriate solutions regarding CRM needs and SFDC capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an audience appropriate manner

Flexibility in scheduling when needed to accommodate the needs of the business and internal clients.

Sets high standards of performance; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments

Sound judgment with effective decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems independently

Ability to think and perform tasks independently

Ability to work within a virtual and a matrix environment

Effective planning organizing and time management skills

Experience in development of formal and informal training content

Preferred Qualifications Include:

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Life Sciences or related field.

Prior experience in a startup or a fast-paced environment

Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.

Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when solving problems and making decisions.

Leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and building collaborative relationships.
