Job Summary
- Preparing Financial models for infrastructure projects for assessing financial viability economic feasibility and compare with the benchmark figures.
- Carrying out Sensitivity analysis
- Preparing detailed viability report capturing the key details as obtained in the financial model.
- Carrying out demand assessment preparing market reports and presentations
- Communications Good presentation skills.
- Understanding the concepts of public private partnerships (PPP) mode of project development
- Drafting RFP and Concession agreement
Qualifications :
MBA Finance with minimum 5 yrs experience in Financial Modelling in Infrastructure projects
