We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across all areas and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team.
Qualifications :
The Role:
As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a small maintenance team oversee planned and reactive maintenance and ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards including LOLER and other statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all hotel plant equipment and building systems.
Lead train and supervise the maintenance team.
Ensure timely completion of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health safety and statutory regulations.
Manage maintenance budgets and supplier contracts effectively.
Contribute to creating a safe comfortable and high-quality environment for guests and staff.
