Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenGFx Management Leadto oversee the successful delivery of programs and projects ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO project management dependency coordination and stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and Project Delivery:Manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Scope Definition and Execution:Define project scope objectives and deliverables and monitor the execution to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

• Dependency and Coordination Management:Oversee project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress.

• Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations address issues and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.

• Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.

• Performance Monitoring:Track and report on project performance ensuring adherence to scope schedule and budget.

• Governance and Compliance:Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks governance standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in project and program management with a focus on dependency and coordination management.

• Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to define project scope monitor deliverables and achieve business outcomes.

• NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
