The Opportunity

Join Adobes dynamic team as a Consulting Services Sales Account Manager 4 in Sydney! Youll lead our Professional Services business across a defined set of accounts using Adobes ecosystem and our world-class Professional Services team. This role offers a chance to help customers improve the value of their investment in the Adobe stack by identifying solutioning and implementing additional user journeys and use cases. Youll be at the forefront of positioning digital solutions that customers engage with online and through mobile experiences.

What youll Do

  • Lead the sales efforts for the Professional Services business within designated accounts

  • Work closely with customers to determine and successfully implement solutions that improve their digital experience

  • Collaborate with the Adobe ecosystem and the Professional Services team to deliver outstanding value

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Adobes footprint within client organizations

What you need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field is required

  • Proven experience in selling solutions passionate about front-end experience personalization and human-centered design

  • Strong understanding of digital interaction and system of record integration

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
