The Opportunity
Our Ranbuild business is looking for a Account Coordinator to join our team based in Hamilton NSW. Ranbuild has been supplying sheds garages and steel buildings for over 70 years specialising in the commercial residential rural and equine markets. The office is located on Newcastles café strip close to the railway station making it a convenient and highly desirable location.
As an internal Account Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of our dealers and the person they can rely on to keep things moving smoothly. Youll take pride in supporting our Regional Managers and ensuring that enquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
Youll work within a friendly and cohesive team who enjoy collaborating and having a bit of fun along the way. While youll have accountability for a dedicated portfolio the role isnt siloedeveryone pitches in to get the job done when needed. This position could also be a great pathway for someone looking to develop skills and experience that might lead to an external sales role or a similar opportunity in the future while contributing directly to the growth and success of Ranbuild.
What Will You Do
Youll ensure our Dealers and Regional Managers get the support they need while helping processes run efficiently across the business. You will:
be the trusted first point of contact for dealers managing their enquiries and requests
support our Regional Managers to deliver business targets and growth initiatives
coordinate and track dealer requests to ensure timely resolution
provide accurate reporting track trends and identify opportunities to improve processes
assist with general office and administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly
represent Ranbuild with professionalism ensuring policies and procedures are followed

experience in customer service account coordination or similar sales support role
