Job Summary
- Provide support to our Buildings & Places Leads and Sector Directors by managing general enquiries and assisting with client service needs.
- Oversee Salesforce activities including data entry updates reporting and establishing new project/proposal folders as well as supporting project finance tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and events including room bookings travel arrangements and logistical support.
- Manage catering for internal and external meetings and large events ensuring dietary requirements are met and all activities run smoothly.
- Process and track team timesheets issue reminders ensure completion and manage weekly OTA and assistance approvals.
Qualifications :
- Strong team engagement skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the business.
- Proven ability to multitask manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with Salesforce for data management reporting and workflow support.
- Exceptional communication teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive and supportive approach in helping various employees across all levels of seniority.
