About the Role
As a Senior Delivery Lead youll provide leadership and accountability for end-to-end delivery across a Tribe Platform or Centre of Excellence. Youll integrate planning execution and change management to ensure strategic alignment financial stewardship and delivery excellence. This is your opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.
What Youll Do
Lead integrated delivery plans that align with strategic roadmaps funding cycles and resource priorities.
Drive program-level financial management ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
Partner with senior executives and business leads to define priorities resolve impediments and manage risks across multiple workstreams.
Coach and guide Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to foster delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Facilitate business readiness activities to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of change.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes.
What Youll Bring
8 years experience in program or portfolio leadership within large-scale technology or transformation environments.
Proven success delivering initiatives valued at $10M within a scaled Agile framework.
Expertise in financial governance strategic prioritisation and risk management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including at C-suite level.
Agile leadership certifications (Scrum SAFe) and PMP/CAPM highly desirable.
Ability to inspire teams manage interdependencies and maintain delivery momentum in complex environments.
