Summary/Objective

We are seeking a Payroll&SafetyComplianceSpecialist to join our team based in Eagan MN. This role is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance supporting employee training programs overseeing benefit invoice processing and ensuring workplace safety through proactive audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

PayrollAdministration

  • Processbi-weeklypayrollformultiplecompaniesaccuratelyandontimeusingADPWorkforceNow(WFN).
  • Audittimecardsprocessgarnishmentschildsupportpaymentsetc.
  • Preparereviewandanalyzepayrollreportstoensureaccuracyandcompliance.
  • Serveasthemainpointofcontactforemployeepayrollquestionsandissueresolution.
  • MaintainandupdateemployeepaychangesdeductionsandtaxinformationintheHRIS.
  • Setupandmaintainemployee401(k).
  • Assist with the implementation of new companies / transition to WFN.

Training&Development

  • Assigntrackandmonitorrequiredtrainingfornewhiresandexistingemployees.
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure timely completion of training requirements.

ComplianceSafety&Engagement

  • Conductregularsafetyauditsandinspectionstoensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandregulatorystandards.
  • ParticipateintheSafetyCommitteeandEngagementCommittee.
  • Supportongoingsafetyandengagementinitiativestostrengthenworkplacecultureandcontinuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate with auditors for 401(k) audits.

Qualifications

  • Previousexperienceprocessingpayroll is required.
  • ExperiencewithADPWorkforceNow (WFN) is required.
  • StrongunderstandingofpayrollfunctionstaxcomplianceandHRISupdates.
  • Experiencemanagingbenefitinvoicesand/orbenefitsadministrationpreferred.
  • Excellentorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultipletasks.
  • Stronganalyticaltroubleshootingandproblem-solvingskills.
  • Highattentiontodetailandaccuracy.
  • Effectivecommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
