Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new potential debtors and securing high-quality loan portfolios.
- Accountable for achieving lending and revenue targets as established by management.
- Develop and execute effective business plans and marketing strategies tailored to the Commercial segment ensuring alignment with the banks overall objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals including applications for new debtors additional financing and extensions for existing facilities.
- Assess and recommend appropriate credit or loan structures for potential clients ensuring the feasibility compliance and soundness of each application.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirement
- Holds a minimum of a Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- Possesses 2-3 years of experience in banking lending or credit-preferably within the Corporate segment.
- Demonstrates a strong client network or database within the Corporate market.
- Proven experience in managing a credit portfolio of at least IDR 500 billion is highly preferred.
- Maintains a clean record with no history of misconduct or fraud in previous employment.
- Highly motivated performance-driven and committed to professional growth.
- Exhibits integrity professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
