Job Summary
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations including staff supervision customer service and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create staff schedules assign duties and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage inventory control costs and optimize stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
- Train and mentor new team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence maintaining seamless operations
