Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in robotics hardware and software.
Maintain awareness of emerging robotics technologies trends and industry standards to drive innovation.
Prepare technical documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.
12 years of hands-on experience in robotics engineering including leadership or senior specialist roles.
Strong expertise in robotics design control systems automation and sensor integration.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g. Python C ROS).
Experience with CAD software and mechanical design for robotic systems.
Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems in robotics applications.
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in complex projects.
Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety standards compliance requirements and industry best practices in robotics.
