Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our team in Koramangala Bangalore for a 6-month period. Youll get hands-on exposure to finance accounting and compliance operations in a deep-tech startup. Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time role after the training period.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial modeling for business decisions.
• Handle accounting tasks including bookkeeping GST compliance vendor payments and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial records invoices and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects supporting business operations.

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting or related fields.
• CA aspirants (pursuing CA IPCC/Inter cleared) are strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in accounting financial analysis and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI Tally Zoho or other accounting tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
