Job Summary

Job Summary:

The candidate is Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in the hospital including recruitment employee relations compliance payroll coordination performance management and ensuring smooth workforce functioning across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage recruitment for clinical paramedical and support staff.
  2. Handle onboarding induction and employee engagement programs.
  3. Ensure statutory compliance (PF ESI gratuity labor laws) and support NABH/JCI audits.
  4. Oversee attendance leave management payroll inputs and scheduling.
  5. Manage employee grievances disciplinary actions and workplace culture.
  6. Drive performance management and employee training initiatives.
  7. Support workforce planning manpower budgeting and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/Master’s in HR with 7–10 years of hospital HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare HR statutory compliance and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication conflict resolution and people management skills.
  • Local candidates are highly preferred.
