Job Summary:
The candidate is Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in the hospital including recruitment employee relations compliance payroll coordination performance management and ensuring smooth workforce functioning across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for clinical paramedical and support staff.
- Handle onboarding induction and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF ESI gratuity labor laws) and support NABH/JCI audits.
- Oversee attendance leave management payroll inputs and scheduling.
- Manage employee grievances disciplinary actions and workplace culture.
- Drive performance management and employee training initiatives.
- Support workforce planning manpower budgeting and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/Master’s in HR with 7–10 years of hospital HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare HR statutory compliance and HR operations.
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Local candidates are highly preferred.
