As a Program Manager at the Lois Lloyd Center youll play an essential role in creating a dynamic person-centered environment that fosters independence inclusion and personal growth.
Your Role in Changing Lives
Lead & Inspire Supervise a team of Developmental Trainers guiding and empowering them to deliver engaging and impactful programming.
Advocate & Support Serve as a vital liaison ensuring individuals receive the services and resources they need while fostering strong connections with families staff and community partners.
Elevate Meaningful Day Services Design and oversee programming that encourages choice skill-building and enriching experiences. Every day is an opportunity to create meaningful moments.
Ensure Excellence Oversee program operations from maintaining facilities to ensuring compliance with regulations keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Champion Inclusion Promote community integration support independence and celebrate the strengths and aspirations of every individual served.
What You Bring to the Role
A Bachelors degree in a human services-related field and at least one year of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
A strong understanding of group dynamics person-centered approaches and best practices in service delivery.
Skills that set you apart: leadership organization communication problem-solving and adaptability.
