Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Accounting Business Engineerin Human Resources or related.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Advanced English level (oral and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Support the full recruitment cycle for new employees including drafting job postings conducting interviews and preparing employment contracts.
Assist in the development review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support logistics for internal and external training initiatives.
