The position
You will as Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager be part of a dedicated team of medical-scientific experts working in the Global R&D organisation and report to the Global Medical Director Marketed Products collaborating closely with other functions within ALK including Global Clinical Development Global Regulatory Affairs & Drug Safety Global Marketing and the wider Global ALK Medical Network.
The Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager will be responsible for ensuring a sound medico-clinical basis for the clinical positioning and medical communication strategy for our world-leading portfolio of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) tablets including setting the global medical affairs strategy to support the recent paediatric indication extensions for our tree pollen and house dust mite SLIT-tablets. Furthermore the position will provide support and direction for related medical education resources and provide informed medical input to commercial and reimbursement strategies.
The role may involve up to 25 days international travel annually.
