The Job
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to strengthen and scale the Logpoint brand and ensure strong consistent communication across markets.
You will join Logpoint at a pivotal moment as we are in the middle of an ambitious rebranding. You will play a key role in driving the continued rollout of the new brand across channels platforms and teams - and in shaping how Logpoint shows up externally.
This role combines brand leadership and communications ownership with real execution. You will shape brand direction while actively driving campaigns PR social media and website initiatives - always with a pragmatic impact-focused mindset.
Youll work closely with Sales Field Marketing and Product to ensure the brand and communications support go-to-market initiatives and commercial priorities.
You will be based in our office in central Copenhagen and report to our Chief Revenue Officer.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own and evolve the Logpoint brand and communications strategy ensuring consistent and differentiated execution across markets and channels
- Drive the continued rollout of Logpoints rebrand across campaigns content PR social media partnerships and digital touchpoints
- Act as Brand & Communications lead with responsibility for PR social media and the website
- Turn brand strategy into hands-on execution including campaigns PR activities social media presence and key brand narratives
- Ensure the website supports brand positioning storytelling and commercial priorities including traffic engagement and lead contribution
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support go-to-market initiatives product launches and pipeline growth
- Actively engage with PR agencies partners and media - including direct outreach when needed
- Be creative and pragmatic with marketing spend focusing on impact over scale
- Lead and coordinate the Brand & Comms team to ensure strong aligned execution
- Monitor brand communications and website performance through data and insights and continuously optimize

- Curiosity adaptability and a forward-looking mindset
Your Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in brand management communications PR or related roles supported by a relevant educational background
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments; experience from the cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Proven track record building brand awareness through integrated multi-channel initiatives
- Experience leading creative and marketing teams and working with agencies and freelancers
- Strong understanding of brand communications and digital channels (including social media and websites)
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Google Ads HubSpot)
