The Opportunity
CROSS Recruit is partnering with this well-established firm to appoint a capable and motivated Financial / Office Assistant.
This part-time role (2025 hours per week negotiable) is perfect for students recent school leavers parents returning to work or anyone seeking school-friendly hours.
You will assist the Principal Manager and wider team with both financial administration and general office support playing an important role in the smooth operation of insolvency appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Completing bank reconciliations
Monitoring client payment arrangements
Supporting billing and accounts processes
Providing general administrative and reception support
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting with event coordination and marketing tasks
Requirements
About You
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with accounting software (Xero MYOB Reckon) is desirable but not required
Professional and friendly phone manner
Strong organisational skills accuracy and reliability
Willingness to learn and contribute to a small supportive team
