Job Summary

Brown Health Medical Group is seeking primary care physicians interested in concierge or personalized care models. This is a unique opportunity to bring your high-touch relationship-based approach to a progressive team-oriented organization that values innovation access and physician fulfillment.

This new service model combines our collaborative culture and team-based model to deliver exceptional personalized care. This position can be in either East Greenwich or Cranston RI.

What You Can Expect:

Smaller patient panel options to support deeper relationships and continuity of care

Extended appointment times for comprehensive visits and wellness planning

Very light call by phone

Optional 24/7 patient access via secure messaging or phone for concierge patients

Annual executive physicals and personalized health plans

Opportunity to develop specialty interests such as geriatrics obesity medicine LGBTQ care integrative medicine and office-based procedures

Academic appointment to Brown University available for those interested in teaching and mentorship

Epic EMR with ongoing optimization and support
