Talent Acquisition Specialist ll Dehradun

EbizON is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Dehradun. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and Non-IT functions ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing screening shortlisting interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals professional networking platforms and employee referrals.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and candidate databases for effective pipeline management.
• Ensure adherence to organizational recruitment policies and standards.
• Contribute to enhancing the employer brand through a professional and seamless candidate experience.
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proficient in sourcing screening and evaluating candidates across diverse functions and levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within stipulated timelines.
