We are a SaaS company serving associations regulators and member-based organizations.
Our platform includes multiple products:
AMS (Association Management System) core product
LMS core product
EMS / Event Management secondary
Supporting services (auth ecommerce integrations)
Our public properties are WordPress-based and SEO is a strategic growth channel not a content factory.
We currently operate one primary brand and two additional brands under separate domains.
We are expanding internationally (US Canada and potentially French & German markets).
We are hiring a Principal / Senior SEO Specialist to own technical SEO search trust and long-term organic growth across multiple brands and regions.
This is not:
A content marketing role
A blogging role
A link-building-at-scale role
This is a senior long-term role focused on SEO systems signal quality architecture and defensible growth.
Full-time employment only. No freelancing side clients or moonlighting.
Crawl & indexation control (robots canonicals directives)
Internal linking systems & site architecture
Duplicate & parameter handling
Template-level metadata governance
Sitemap strategy (intentional not auto-generated)
SEO QA for releases migrations and major changes
Core Web Vitals & performance SEO (with dev teams)
We have polluted traffic that must be cleaned and controlled.
You will own:
Fake / spoofed geographic traffic
Bot & crawler noise
Referral spam
Analytics contamination (GA4 & GSC)
Expected capability:
GA4 & GSC forensic analysis
Bot vs real user differentiation
Server / CDN / WAF collaboration
Clean trustworthy reporting executives can rely on
If you cannot explain why traffic is fake and how to mitigate it this role is not a fit.
We must clearly position:
AMS vs LMS vs EMS vs meeting software
Avoid keyword and intent cannibalization
Design SEO growth for three separate brands
Decide when authority is shared vs isolated
Prevent brand and search confusion
This requires SEO architecture thinking not task execution.
You will help design and implement SEO for:
United States
Canada
Potential French & German markets
Required understanding:
hreflang (language vs country)
US vs CA English differentiation
Subfolder vs subdomain vs ccTLD tradeoffs
Multilingual WordPress SEO without plugin abuse
Duplicate language/content avoidance
Language fluency is not required. Structural SEO competence is.
High-quality link acquisition via partnerships may be pursued later.
