Job Summary

Role: Intern- Talent Acquisition

Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year

Qualification: BE/

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates on interview schedules updates and feedback.
Support HR team in planning recruitment drives or campus hiring activities.
Will be responsible for engineering roles hiring

Required Skills:

Completed any Engineering Degree and ready to learn Recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment basics (preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism ownership and learning mindset.
