Lead a research engine transforming data and market insights into actionable strategies for high-potential investments. Build repeatable research frameworks drive strategic value-creation projects across a diverse portfolio and ensure monitoring translates into intelligence directly impacting founders key decisions and accelerating portfolio growth.

What you will do:

Create and manage a repeatable research engine productizing commercial diligence into reusable modules and deep-dive projects
Drive strategic and tactical value-creation projects for portfolio companies influencing major business decisions and accelerating growth
Oversee and automate the quarterly portfolio review process translating monitoring insights into actionable intelligence

The ideal candidate:

5-8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (PE practice) or a value creation/operating role at a PE/VC firm
Proven ability to independently lead strategy and research projects from scoping to delivery with C-level stakeholders
Demonstrated strength in conducting commercial deep-dives and synthesizing findings into clear actionable recommendations
