What the job is about
In this position you will:
- Handle inbound calls emails and chats from German-speaking customers regarding service product or account issues.
- Resolve issues related to orders billing product usage or general inquiries; escalate when needed.
- Log all customer interactions accurately document case outcomes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with operational teams (sales technical support logistics) to provide seamless service.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication empathy and effective problem solving.
Requirements
Were looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in German (C1) and has strong English for internal communication.
- Has experience in customer service call-centre or support roles previous experience is a plus but not always required.
- Has excellent communication skills can empathise with customers and remains calm under pressure.
- Is comfortable using computers CRM or support-case systems and handling multiple tasks.
- Can work on-site be part of a team and adhere to shift requirements if applicable.
