Job description:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide high-quality support to customers in the UK banking and financial services sector. This role requires professionalism reliability and the ability to work within strict regulatory guidelines.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting customers with account-related and transactional inquiries
  • Providing clear and accurate information on banking products and services
  • Following established procedures and compliance requirements
  • Using internal systems to manage and resolve customer requests
  • Maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction standards

What we are looking for:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance
  • Exposure to the Irish market is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment

This is a full-time on-site position offering long-term stability.
Eligibility: EU nationality or a valid Portuguese work or residence permit is mandatory.
