German-Speaking Content Moderator (On-Site)

Introduction
Were looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join the on-site team of a global social-media or digital-platform partner. If youre fluent in German attentive to detail and passionate about helping maintain safe high-quality online environments this role is just for you.

What the job is about
In this role you will:

Review user-generated content (videos images comments posts) in German-speaking markets to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Evaluate reported or flagged content decide on the correct course of action based on internal rules and escalate when needed.
Work with internal systems to log moderation decisions track trends and collaborate with policy legal and operations teams.
Support the integrity of the online community by identifying recurring issues contributing feedback and helping improve moderation workflows.
Operate within an on-site setting with rotational shifts collaborating with a multilingual team.

Requirements
Were looking for someone who:

Speaks German fluently (C1 level or above) and has strong English for internal communication.
Has excellent attention to detail strong judgement and the ability to make consistent decisions under pressure.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and can handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Has basic familiarity with social-media platforms online behaviour and digital content (experience in moderation or customer support is a plus).
Is available to work on-site and participate in shift schedules including evenings or weekends.
