Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Croatian speaking Content Reviewer

Salary: 1050 Euro gross p/m (this does include also the holiday bonus meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accomodation OR 1306 euro gross per month (without company accomodation)

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week rotational between Monday to Friday from 7AM until 6PM

Overview of the company:

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.

The Role:

As a Content Reviewer you will review a wide range of online material (such as news sites forums blogs videos and written content) and identify content that may contain hate speech harassment misinformation or harmful/derogatory material. Your main goal is to ensure that content complies with the required standards and is appropriate for hosting online advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating Online Content: Reviewing web pages social media content and advertising-related materials to ensure compliance with client policies
• Content Review & Analysis: Navigating through different formats including text images videos and accounts to identify potential violations
• Flagging & Labeling Violations: Using internal tools and the client ticketing system to report inappropriate or policy-breaching content
• Escalating Sensitive Cases: Escalating content that is harmful dangerous or violates policies

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Croatian and English
• Willingness to learn
• Interest in Social Media

On offer

• Competitive salary of up to 1050 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus meal allowance night shift allowance) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat). If you decided not to take the company accomodation your basic salary per month is around 1306 Euro gross.
