Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Advisor for Domestic Appliances

Introduction
Were seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a dynamic team supporting users of a global domestic-appliances brand. What the job is about
As Technical Support Advisor you will:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone email or chat to Dutch-speaking customers using home appliances guiding them to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Diagnose problems related to appliance operation functionality and maintenance offering clear troubleshooting instructions or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers with setup questions usage guidance maintenance advice warranty and after-sales inquiries to ensure smooth product experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the companys CRM/system logging issues resolutions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to track recurring issues provide feedback and support continuous improvement.

Requirements
Were looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in Dutch (C1) and has strong English skills for internal communication.
  • Has a technical mindset and enjoys working with appliances electronics or in similar technical support roles.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills clear patient customer-oriented able to explain complex information simply.
  • Is comfortable using computers CRM software and multichannel support tools.
  • Is detail-oriented and able to document issues/resolutions accurately.

  • Is flexible dependable and able to work remote hours across different time zones if needed.
