As a (Senior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager you are responsible for our S&OP process at New Flag for your brands and sales regions with focus on planning accuracy and inventory drive improvements and secure optimal product availability for our retail and professional customers around the world in close collaboration across departments and countries.

- You generate demandforecastsand supplyscenariosfor your brands and reach cross-functionalconsenusin ourS&OP process being precise and pragmatic at the same time
- As a competent sparring partneryou supportSales Strategic Buyingandoursubsidiariesin planning promotional activities andtheproduct assortmentstrategy
- You continuously analyse the inventoryflow andstructurecoveragesandsell-in/-outtrends of your brands andpro-actively implement and communicate correctiveactionsif needed
- You own the whole end-to-end process for your brands from Launch to Exit fromdemand & supply planning tobuyinguntil invoice validation for final payment
- In case ofbottlenecksyou manage and communicate strategic allocationsto our sales regions across the globeand securea proper executionacross departments
- You will be a buddy in Supply Chain Management for defined sales regions and core supply chain processes
What you bring
- Bachelorsdegree(ideallywith focus on Supply Chain Management or Marketing) or equivalentwith 3-6 years ofprofessional experience
- Excellentanalytical and commercial thinkingskills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multicultural environment
- Hands-on mentalitydriveand creativity to find solutions and create success
- Attention to details andholistic view of processes
- MSoffice(especiallyExcel)
- Power BINavisionandplanning softwareexperience is highly appreciated
- Ideally experience as IT business owner
- Fluent in (verbal and written) English and German
- First AI planning experience
