Job Summary

You will support our hotel manager in looking after guests and employees as well as in operational and administrative tasks and take on project our team all tasks are handled responsibly without large hierarchies.


If your strengths include enthusiasm commitment and creativity along with a sense of humour and the ability to work in a team then you should be able to handle the following tasks:
   Responsibility for ensuring that the day runs smoothly
   Coordination of the hotel team and all operational processes
   Introducing and training new employees
   You will promote cooperation between individual employees across both hotels and thus act as the interface to the director
    Ensuring smooth communication 
    Acting as a point of contact for our guests and employees
    Responsible for online reputation management
    Collaborating on and evaluating monthly figures and monthly financial statements
   You will proactively contribute to the strategic direction of our hotels and track the achievement of our set goals
