Youll be part of a small agile team driving firmwide people experience strategy embedding inclusion and redefining what it means to feel valued at work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage strategic people experience projects aligned to global culture and engagement goals.
- Build communications and storytelling that bring our values to life across all levels of the business.
- Partner with HR L&D and leadership to embed PE principles into core people processes (e.g. performance recognition feedback).
- Use metrics and qualitative insights to track success and continuously elevate impact.
- Redesign internal tools pages and systems to make culture more accessible and actionable.
- Lead global engagement campaigns and champion innovation across all people-focused initiatives.
Who You Are
- Skilled at turning strategy into action and influencing without authority.
- Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint Excel).
- Curious proactive and passionate about improving how people experience work.
- Experienced in culture engagement or organizational effectiveness within a large matrixed company
