DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the QA Manager in overseeing QA gates to ensure only quality products are delivered to customers.
- Ensure a steady flow of materials necessary for operating the manufacturing line.
- Support the implementation of the factorys Quality System.
- Arrange manpower to plan and conduct testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Analyze the weekly expediting report and prepare a critical list for distribution to all quality engineers and managers.
- Maintain and organize all quality records for future reference.
- Liaise closely with the production team regarding product quality issues.
- Ensure inspection and test methods are properly executed and effective in detecting defective products.
- Assist in analyzing QA-related problems.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration Economics Industrial Engineering Production Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning scheduling or a similar capacity.
- Experience in a fiber optic transceiver manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Special knowledge: ISO standards QA principles and QC inspection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong data analytical skills with a hands-on working attitude.
- Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes in business needs.
- Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
Working Conditions
