DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Prevent ESD events in the factory that can have serious detrimental effects on the products.
- Understand ESD phenomenon and requirement.
- Work closely with product/process engineer to understand the new product ESD station setup requirement.
- Buyoff new manufacturing lines in terms of ESD requirement.
- Buyoff new material/tools/burden items used in the manufacturing which must be ESD compliance material. Monitoring monthly ESD compliance verification results in production floor.
- Drive closure on all ESD non-compliance issue. Authorized to escalate any equipment material or machine if any does not fulfill ESD requirement.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements company rules & regulations applicable codes etc.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Engineering related field.
- Preferably 2 years experience in related field e.g Has experience in setting up ESD control in factory Perform ESD audits Understand ESD requirement and Cleanroom system.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc.
