Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Format client press releases proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
Ensure that the teams routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.

Desired Skills and Experience

1 year of working experience is preferred Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
Comfort with reading and writing in English Mandarin as well as Simplified/Traditional Mandarin is essential. (We are looking for English plus Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving English plus Mandarin-speaking customers across 10 markets.)
Highly self-motivated and independent

Work Arrangements

5 days a week 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time;
Comfortable for overnight working from 10 pm to 7 am
Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends for example Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday
A successful hire will be trained during daytime office hours for the first few weeks
