Team Leader Childrens Services
Location: Barton Seagrave Kettering
Salary: 14.18 per hour
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (rota basis)
Hourly Rate: 14.18
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children & young people with learning disabilities
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Experience supporting children & young people with learning disabilities
Employment Type: Permanent
Sponsorship is not available
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You have qualifications only in Healthcare NHS CQC or as a Nursery Practitioner
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of shifts
