Senior Field Sales Manager North India

Responsibilities

Develop maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and new customers

Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new design wins
-
Proactively penetrate and develop new accounts
-
Manage sales enquiries conduct presentations lead negotiations and prepare sales reports
-
Conduct monthly visits to key accounts
-
Manage monthly sales forecasts and prepare weekly reports
-
Interpret customer requirements and collaborate with the FAE team to drive design wins
-
Create and maintain updated customer profiles
-
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via email phone and in-person visits
-
Review sales targets and KPIs periodically with the reporting manager
-
Ensure customer queries are addressed fulfilled on time and aligned with expectations
-
Support and manage distribution channels to achieve targets conduct periodic business reviews and report findings
-
Monitor commercial activities and provide relevant market insights
-
Conduct market research and monitor competitor products
-
Deliver periodic training to distributor sales teams
-
Attend industry-related training sessions and exhibitions
Requirements
-
Minimum 8 years of experience selling semiconductor components preferably in power products
-
Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering (Electronics & Electrical) or Electronics; MBA in Marketing preferred
