Job Title: City Head – Enterprise & Partnerships
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: National Sales Head
Role Overview:
The City Head – Enterprise & Partnerships will be responsible for driving Circolife’s enterprise business growth strategic account expansion and partnership development in the Mumbai region. The incumbent will build and scale key partnerships across target sectors ensure service excellence and strengthen revenue performance through a mix of direct B2B acquisition and ecosystem collaborations. The role demands strategic thinking strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise sales and partnerships across HoReCa and sectors including wellness hospitality education corporate and institutional segments.
Drive revenue growth through direct B2B acquisition and expansion within strategic key accounts.
Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline using structured market development and lead-generation initiatives.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors aggregators OEMs and channel ecosystem players for accelerated market penetration.
Build coach and manage a high-performing sales team (25–30 members) instilling productivity and ownership.
Track and improve performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery on revenue retention and service KPIs.
Work cross-functionally with marketing operations and service teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience and uptime.
Drive operational excellence through process rigor timely escalation management and seamless execution.
Foster a culture of agility accountability and proactive problem-solving aligned to startup growth dynamics.
Requirements:
MBA with 8–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Consumer Durables Appliances or Subscription-led businesses.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value institutional deals and managing complex enterprise relationships.
Proven ability in leading large field sales teams with strengths in coaching performance management and retention.
Expertise in building scalable sales processes and partnership-led growth models.
Entrepreneurial attitude with strong drive for market penetration revenue growth and operational excellence.
Analytical data-driven approach with strong execution discipline.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Must demonstrate strong ethics accountability and ability to lead by example.
